White wine taralli
€3,70
White wine taralli are one of the oldest recipes in Puglia. According to an old tradition, they represent the typical Easter sweet; once they were always cooked at home and offered to guests in the deepest occurrences: baptisms and weddings or even for simple occasions. The preparation in the Apulian tradition just require three ingredients: flour, sugar and white wine.
You can enjoy them alone after a meal, or to accompany cheeses and cold cuts, creating a contrast between sweet and salty, or even we strongly recommend you to dip them in a nice glass of wine: red this time though!
