The Puglia Marzipans are a peculiar product of Murgia plateau, made as required especially during the pre-Christmas time.
They are made with almonds, dark chocolate, natural flavours, flour, sugar and eggs; they look like the marzipans made in the rest of Italy, but we assure it tastes much more full-bodied and really better.
Great merit goes undoubtedly to Puglia almonds and to the combination of the smells of cinnamon, cloves, lemon and the orange.
In the south of Italy all tastes are more intense.
You just have to taste them!
